This book was an interesting read to gain more insights into social behavior relevant to understanding social networks and social media. It is an easy read and still there are enough facts and examples to support the insights by Paul Adams. His insights are based on the abudance of research available in this area. Therefor the book can be a good directory towards research that you may be interested in.
However there is not much guidance with respect to how to apply these insights in practice, apart from examples such as Facebook and Zynga.
